FotoBalloon is a user-friendly image editor that lets you add distinctive cartoon-style information balloons to your photographs and images. The fonts, colors, transparency, borders, alignment, and placement of each balloon are easy to adjust. FotoBalloon also makes it easy to import, view, organize, edit, print, and share your images.
